We are seeking a highlymotivated and detail-oriented Molecular Biologist to join our Cell TherapyTechnologies team. This role is central to our molecular cloning core,responsible for designing and executing cloning strategies to support multiplepipeline programs. As a core operator within our research pipeline, you willwork closely with cross-functional teams to advance our cell therapy programsfrom discovery to functional validation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independentlydesign and execute molecular assays to generate and characterize novelnucleic acids for use across multiple Cell Therapy programs.
  • Performsequence analysis and quality control of generated constructs.
  • Independentlyor with the team, troubleshoot technical issues, resolve problems andoptimize cloning workflows.
  • Maintainaccurate, detailed, and organized laboratory records.
  • Asneeded by team, additional responsibilities may include cell culture, invitro cell-based assays, and/or flow cytometry
Qualifications
  • Degreein Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field. 1-3 years appliedexperience in field.
  • Provenexperience with various cloning techniques (e.g., Gibson Assembly, GoldenGate, Restriction/Ligation).
  • Experiencewith nanoplasmid cloning and production workflows is preferred
  • Proficiencywith sequence analysis software (e.g., Benchling, SnapGene, Geneious).
  • Strongorganizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multipleprojects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experiencewith mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays and flow cytometry is aplus
