Looking for Mold - Mitigation Technician

SUMMARY:

Advanced Drying Systems, is a Florida owned and established premier water mitigation company specializing in the structural drying of both commercial and residential properties, with a 24/7 response time throughout Florida & Louisiana.

We are an aggressively growing company who is looking for a professional, dedicated individual to assist in the growth of our water / mold mitigation division in FT.Lauderdale  and surrounding areas in the role of Mitigation / Mold Technician. KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be a team player, work well with others and/or alone.

· Self-motivated and work with a sense of urgency and positive attitude.

· Must believe in providing exceptional customer service.

· Must be proficient with computers, mobile devices and various technologies.

· Should be detail oriented, highly communicative and able to prioritize and manage timelines.

· Hold current IICRC certifications: WRT A plus !

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Professionally represent Advanced Drying System.

· Serve as point person and first responder for every emergency loss assigned to.

· Establish and record the scope of work to be accomplished.

· Oversee equipment & vehicle maintenance.

· Communicate with management and customers.

· Full time position with 24/7 hours and rotating on-call schedule.

· Complete jobs successfully and obtain certificate of completion.

· Lift at least 75 pounds.

· Ability to travel if needed.

· Follow established safety practices including the proper use of PPE when required.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e. GED, etc.)

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES:

Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and pass a background check.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS FOR THIS POSITION:

All workflows and processes to be documented daily.

· All work will be performed in accordance with the state laws and IICRC regulations.

· All work will be performed according to company policies and to ADS.

· All work will be performed in accordance with all safety standards and regulations.

· Customers will be treated in a courteous and professional manner.

· Employees will ALWAYS wear a company uniform when representing ADS.

· Company equipment and vehicles will be kept neat, clean, and in working order.
