Job Summary:

Plastinove is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician / Machine Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. This position combines machine operation with facility and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial machinery and performing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs. This individual must be comfortable troubleshooting equipment, making repairs, and ensuring production runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate injection molding and related manufacturing equipment.
  • Monitor production quality and machine performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
  • Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and production runs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Work with management to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Qualifications:
