Job description

IntroductionIntek Plastics specializes in designing, manufacturing, assembling, and delivering a wide variety of customized plastic extrusions in the Fenestration, Hydroponic, Lighting, Refrigeration, and Power Management Industries.

OverviewAs an entry-level Injection Molding Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the production of plastic components through the operation of injection molding machines. This position involves hands-on work, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Operate injection molding machines manually and/or automatically.
  • Perform finishing and trimming of molded parts to specification.
  • Conduct basic part inspections for defects or quality issues.
  • Complete required production and inspection paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
 

Requirements

  • High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
