Job description

 Injection Mold Experience Required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee and coordinate assigned mold builds, conditioning and qualification.
2. Participate in product and tool design reviews.
3. Collaborate with Mold Design Engineers during mold builds and qualifications.
4. Analyze mold issues and determine what adjustments need to be made to meet production requirements. From
highly technical to simple complexity.
5. Insure timely completion of tooling to program schedules. Work closely with Tool room/Fabrication Supervisor
and Mold Engineering Group to achieve this goal.
6. Make replacement die and mold tooling.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Technical school and CAD design experience
3. Journeyman Toolmaker Certification and/or equivalent experience
4. Minimum 5 years’ experience in mold building
5. Ability to read product drawings and tool drawings
