Process Technician – Suzhou Junchuang Auto Technologies

Work Environment:

-High-tech plastic injection molding facility
-Some exposure to typical factory conditions (mild odors, temperature changes)

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
-Prepare Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reports
-Generate mold flow analysis reports
-Create 3D mold design data
-Develop Bills of Materials (BOM) and 2D manufacturing drawings
-Prepare Engineering Change Notice (ECN) analysis reports
-Generate ECN documentation
-Update 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs for mold modifications
-Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
-At least 3 years of working experiences in the field
-Mold design
-Skilled in using such software as UG, CAD and MS Office.
-Data Management
-Coordination and communication skills with employees in the same or other departments.
-Fluent in English
