Primary job role:

  • Conducts water extraction and mold remediation tasks
  • Works both independently and as part of a team, as required by the project
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with co-workers and customers
  • Reads and follows directions given by supervisors or team leader

  • Sets up and takes down drying equipment

  • 2 years experience as lead restoration tech
  • Xactimate experience preferred

The work environment is subject to changes in temperature and weather conditions and may involve loud noises and hazardous areas such as confined crawl spaces and attics. Hazards encountered may include wastewater, mold, soot, smoke, and bio-hazard sites. Physical demands of the job require the ability to bend, stoop, crawl, and move heavy equipment and items while working in areas with loud noises and hazardous conditions.
