Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead complex end-to-end product development programs in the high-tech industry. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with outstanding program management, communication, and leadership skills, and thrives in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end product development programs from concept through production and launch.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and external partners.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple teams.
  • Organize, lead, and document technical meetings, ensuring clear follow-up actions and accountability.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates using tools such as Smartsheet and related program management platforms.
  • Work closely with engineering teams including Systems (EE/ME/Thermal/Packaging), ASIC, Software and supply-chain.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to ensure successful execution and delivery.
  • Identify program risks proactively and drive mitigation plans to maintain schedule, quality, and cost targets.
  • Support product development processes including prototype builds, validation, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp.
  • Foster strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork across global and cross-functional organizations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in high-tech industries such as telecommunications, data networking, energy, electronics, or related sectors.
  • Minimum 5 years of Engineering Program Management experience leading complex hardware and/or embedded systems programs.
  • Proven experience managing full product lifecycle development from concept to production.
  • Strong expertise with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical meetings, document action items, and ensure execution follow-through.
  • Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and contract manufacturers in product development and manufacturing environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent team-player mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in startup environments or fast-growing companies.
  • Experience with hardware systems, embedded systems, power electronics, networking products, or complex electromechanical systems.
  • PMP certification or equivalent program management training is a plus.
