Job description

Traveling Mohs Histotechnologist

Gulfstream Staffing has recently partnered with a rapidly growing dermatology organization. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Traveling Mohs Histotechnologist opportunity in South Florida. The Traveling Mohs Histotechnologist prepares tissue specimens for microscopic examination and diagnostic interpretation in a Mohs laboratory setting. This role requires determining and consistently adhering to appropriate protocols, procedures, and quality control measures. This is a traveling position supporting multiple locations across the region. Candidates must be flexible and open to working at different sites, with occasional weekend work as needed. Additional duties may be assigned.

Position: Traveling Histotechnologist Locations: Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Weston, Sebastian, Vero Beach

Qualifications:

  • Current ASCP certification (HT) or registry eligible
  • AA or equivalent required.
  • A Minimum of one year experience in the following: Embedding, Cutting, Staining
