About the Role
Join our dynamic technology team as an ERP Business Analyst specializing in SAP S/4HANA and PeopleSoft. You will play a pivotal role in designing, customizing, and optimizing enterprise-level ERP solutions that drive manufacturing, procurement, and production excellence. Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and optimize integrated master data processes supporting production operations and procurement.
- Lead design discussions and coordinate requirements across Production Operations and technical teams.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, PLMSI, MDG, PEO) for robust master data management.
- Author functional specifications and maintain comprehensive documentation for system enhancements and integrations.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers and technical architects to deliver standardized, integrated ERP solutions.
- Manage data migration, validation, and conversion activities during system transitions.
- Develop end-user training materials and coordinate testing procedures.
- Recommend and implement S/4HANA process improvements and innovations.
- Utilize Jira and SAP Focused Build to streamline project workflows and deliverables.
Required Skills and Experience
- 15+ years of ERP business analysis experience within manufacturing or production environments.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules: MM, PLMSI, MDG, or PEO.
- Proven track record authoring functional specifications and translating requirements for technical teams.
- Strong experience in integrated master data processes and data governance.
- Hands-on collaboration with ABAP developers for functional solution delivery.
- Full system lifecycle expertise: requirements gathering, blueprinting, testing, go-live, and post-support.
- Advanced data analysis, data quality assessment, and facilitation of data-driven decisions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft in enterprise settings.
- Exposure to automation of data governance and process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with SAP Focused Build and Jira for agile project management.
