Position Overview

We are seeking a Level 3 Graphic Designer with a strong focus on e-learning and multimedia content development. This role blends visual design, animation, and instructional support to create engaging digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate brings both creative expertise and operational discipline, ensuring assets are well-structured, version-controlled, and scalable across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-Learning Content Development
  • Design visually compelling graphics for e-learning modules, including infographics, UI elements, and instructional visuals
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to translate complex concepts into engaging visual content
  • Optimize designs for LMS platforms and responsive delivery
  • Multimedia Production
  • Create and edit animations and motion graphics for training content
  • Produce and edit video content, including screen captures, voiceover sync, and post-production enhancements
  • Export and optimize assets (PNG, SVG, MP4, etc.) for performance and accessibility
  • Graphic Design Execution
  • Develop high-quality static assets (PNGs and other formats) aligned with brand standards
  • Ensure consistency across all visual materials and learning products
  • Support rapid-turn updates and iterative design cycles
  • File Structure, Storage & Version Control
  • Establish and maintain standardized file naming conventions and folder structures
  • Manage asset libraries for easy retrieval and reuse
  • Implement version control practices to track revisions and maintain integrity of deliverables
  • Ensure proper archiving and documentation of final assets
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with SMEs, developers, and project managers to meet deadlines and project requirements
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of design workflows and processes
