Responsibilities
• Support the organization''s transition from traditional Citrix VDI to Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PCs and Windows IoT-based endpoints.
• Serve as a senior technical resource responsible for endpoint engineering, automation, platform modernization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Design, build, and maintain Windows 365 Cloud PC environments; develop and improve provisioning standards and processes.
• Create and maintain Cloud PC image strategy and lifecycle management.
• Partner with architecture and security teams to implement future-state Cloud PC capabilities.
• Support Cloud PC disaster recovery, resiliency, and recovery planning initiatives.
• Engineer and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, update rings, and security baselines.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts involving endpoint management platforms.
• Implement and optimize endpoint security controls and create standards and governance processes for enterprise endpoints.
• Evaluate new Microsoft endpoint technologies and capabilities.
• Develop automation solutions utilizing PowerShell and Microsoft Graph APIs; eliminate manual operational tasks through workflow automation.
• Create self-service capabilities where practical and build reporting and monitoring solutions to improve operational visibility.
• Support the migration from ThinOS devices to Windows IoT platforms; develop and maintain IoT endpoint management standards.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams on endpoint modernization efforts.
• Create configuration and security standards for shared and kiosk-style devices.
• Assist with lifecycle management of modern endpoint hardware.
• Act as a technical lead for Modern Workplace technologies and maintain engineering documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Provide technical guidance to operations and support teams.
• Partner with Microsoft and vendors on platform enhancements and drive initiatives to improve stability, security, and automation.

Requirements
• Expert-level Microsoft Intune administration and engineering.
• Strong experience designing and managing Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities.
• Experience leveraging Microsoft Graph API for automation and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Windows endpoint lifecycle management.
• Experience with application packaging, deployment, and software lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines.
• Support experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Conditional Access and Zero Trust principles.
• Knowledge of endpoint security controls and Microsoft Defender technologies.
• Ability to automate manual operational processes through scripting and orchestration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoint, identity, and cloud-managed environments.

• Windows IoT Enterprise administration and engineering.
• Thin client migration initiatives.
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops administration.
• Citrix endpoint-to-Cloud PC migration projects.
