The Digital Workplace Engineer is part of the Digital Workplace Services team within Chatham's IT organization, focused on creating a modern, seamless technology experience for employees across the firm. The team supports all internal users, empowering better communication and collaboration through tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, Sharepoint, and AI-driven solutions. In this individual contributor role, you'll act as both a technology champion and trusted advisor-driving adoption of new tools, sharing best practices, and helping employees unlock the full value of the firm's workplace technologies.

In this role you will:

  • Enthusiasticallypromoteadvanced technology solutions to employees, ensuring they understand and appreciate the benefits and usefulness of our end-user tech through various media, including articles, webinars, videos, in-person events, and more.

  • Actively engage with vendors and the tech community to leverage best practices, learn industry trends, and stay ahead of technological advancements.

  • Provide insightful user feedback to IT leadership todrivestrategic product and engineering decisions.

  • Partner with IT tolead thedevelopment ofstandards and best practices, serving as the authoritative voice of our end users.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through automation, preferably with Microsoft's Power Platform.

  • Strong emphasis on customer service and the ability to teach people of all technical abilities.

  • Experience working as a technicalleadon major technology deployment and adoption efforts.

  • Experience with Lean process improvement is a plus

For Denver based candidates, the compensation range for the position is expected to be between $82,000 and $100,000 annually. Total compensation, including base pay, discretionary individual bonus and company bonus, may be higher than range listed, depending on applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401k, EAP, paid holidays and paid time off.
