Job description


We are seeking askilled BIM/ MEP Modeler to join our team in Rockville, Maryland. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for creating detailed 3D models and drawings using varioussoftware tools to support architectural and engineering projects.
This is a full-time on-site job position & requires 25% travelling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to produce accurate models.
- Create and maintain project documentation including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Perform clash detection and coordination reviews to ensure design integrity.
- Assist in the development of construction documents based on BIM models.
- Stakeholder coordination, MEP coordination & site visits.
Must be willing to take on additional learning like laser scanning & facilities management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, and other BIM software.
  • Hands-on experience in creating clash reports & coordination with other trades.
  • Knowledge of Civil 3D AND / OR Infraworks is advantageous.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
