Your Responsibilities

  • Perform repair and maintenance work listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC

  • Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to ensure proper operation and repair accuracy

  • Communicate with Service Advisors regarding repair needs, timelines, and any additional required work

  • Execute warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications and guidelines

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace



Your Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Past experience with Bus and ADA compliant vehicles is a plus
  • Ford certification is a plus

  • Previous experience in a dealership environment preferred

  • Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair abilities

  • Proficient in using electronic diagnostic equipment and repair software

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Team-oriented, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
