About the role
Our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a passionate and attentive Pool Experience Model for our luxury urban resort pool venue, Bar Bibi. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering Bardo's signature warm, anticipatory service while setting the mood for our club members and resort guests.
This is an onsite position located at Hotel Bardo Savannah.
What you'll do
  • Welcome guests to the pool and Bar Bibi, assisting with seating, cabanas, and the overall pool experience
  • Complete opening/closing duties while maintaining the appearance of the pool deck
  • Assist with setting up cabanas, towel duties, straightening chairs, and all other pool experience duties
  • Participate in pool safety programs, training, and ensure overall guest safety

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all guests and team members
  • The ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • The ability multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
  • Will meet established department appearance standards
  • Ability to endure abundant physical movements in various work areas
  • Able to work in the changing weather conditions of an outside environment
