Job description

Join our team as a Systems Modeler and play a critical role in shaping advance defense technologies. In this position you'll collaborate with engineering teams to design and maintain physical and digital models that drive innovation for our DoD programs. From hands-on fabrication to cutting-edge CAD modeling and systems integration, you'll ensure prototypes meet rigorous military standards while working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Minimum Requirements And Qualification
  • Associate's degree
  • 3+ years of demonstrated proficiency related to administration and operation of Cameo.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated proficiency in Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and familiarity with the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
  • Experience with PLM Tools (such as SolidWorks PDM, Windchill, or Teamcenter) and with Requirements Management Tools (such as DOORS or Jama).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Security Clearance.

Major Responsibility Areas And Duties
This role ensures successful implementation of Cameo toolsets utilizing MBSE methodologies, practices, and procedures across the EOS Defense Systems USA product portfolio. In this role you will collaborate across the Engineering department to maintain and enhance the MBSE framework while ensuring contractual deliverables are met.
Duties include:
  • MBSE Tool Administration: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Cameo tools and environments, including connectivity to requirements and artifact repositories.
  • Process and Standards Management: Develop, document, and update MBSE standards guidance and implementation processes to ensure consistent MBSE implementation across the engineering department.

  • Repository and Data Integrity: Work closely with the IT department to ensure Cameo runs smoothly and securely.
