Job description

We are seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial Director of Business Development to drive strategic growth and expand our footprint in the US market. In this role, you won’t just be selling off-the-shelf software; you will be positioning complex, high-value IT services and custom solutions that solve critical business challenges.

Leveraging a global delivery model, you will target mid-market to enterprise clients within the Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Healthcare sectors. This is a role for a hunter with an established Rolodex—someone who can leverage their existing network to immediately spark conversations, build pipeline, and jumpstart revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Healthcare industries to meet and exceed annual sales targets.

  • Solution Selling: Consult with C-level executives and stakeholders to understand their pain points and articulate value propositions centered around bespoke IT services, digital transformation, and managed services.

  • Leverage Your Network: Utilize your pre-existing network of industry contacts to immediately establish a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Navigate Global Delivery Models: Effectively collaborate with our offshore/nearshore delivery teams to solution, price, and propose competitive delivery frameworks for clients.

  • Lead the Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial outreach and RFP responses to contract negotiations and closing.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven track record in IT solution and services selling (e.g., custom software development, digital transformation, QA testing, application management) rather than standard IT product or SaaS licenses. Experience offshore outsourcing services is a plus.

  • Industry Network: A strong, established network of decision-maker contacts within at least two of our focus verticals: Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Healthcare.

  • Global Delivery Model Expertise: Proven experience selling services delivered via a blended onshore/offshore delivery framework.

  • Sales Prowess: A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding an individual sales quota of $2M+ annually in IT services.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and C-suite presentation skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.

  • Deep understanding of the compliance, regulatory, and technological challenges specific to Financial Services and Healthcare.

What We Offer
  • Work from Anywhere: 100% remote work flexibility from any location within the United States.

  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Highly competitive base salary with an aggressive,  commission structure tailored for high achievers.

  • Global Support: A robust, mature global delivery team ready to back up your promises and deliver world-class solutions to your clients.
