PCT (Patient care tech) - Mind & Mobility
Location: St. Pete
Pay: $ 16.50/ hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, in-home care to our clients. In this role, you will assist with personal care, activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. You will work closely with clients, families, and the care team to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes independence and enhances quality of life.
This is a PRN (as-needed) position, meaning work hours are flexible and based on both caregiver availability and client needs. We work closely with our caregivers to build a schedule that aligns with their preferred hours and ideal availability whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions
  • Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space
  • Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
  • Provide errands or transportation as needed

Qualifications:
  • PCT (patient care tech), CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of professional PCT (patient care tech), caregiving or home care experience required
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Reliable personal vehicle required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English required
