Location: Miami, FL (On-site)
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours/week)
Overview
We are hiring Level 3 Vehicle Operators to support a growing autonomous vehicle program. In this role, you will operate test vehicles in real-world environments, helping advance next-generation mobility technology.
This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in structured, fast-paced environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in ensuring vehicle readiness, accurate data collection, and operational success.Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate test vehicles for 4-8 hours per day
  • Support daily vehicle operations and mission execution
  • Perform basic software and system-related tasks
  • Document observations, issues, and performance feedback
  • Provide clear written and verbal feedback to engineering teams
  • Conduct basic preventative maintenance checks and minor services
  • Support vehicle logistics including movement, storage, and setup
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of vehicles, equipment, and workspace
  • Assist with operational documentation and reporting
Schedule & Shifts
Day Shift:
  • 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM

Night Shift:
  • 3:45 PM - 12:15 AM

Additional potential schedules:
  • 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
  • 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM

Workdays (rotating schedules):
  • Thursday-Monday
  • Wednesday-Sunday
  • Friday-Tuesday
  • Saturday-Wednesday
  • Tuesday-Saturday
Additional Pay
  • Weekend shifts: +5% hourly bonus
  • Night shifts (starting 1 PM or later): +2% hourly bonus
  • Weekend night shifts: up to +7% total bonus
Training Requirement
  • Mandatory training in Las Vegas, NV (June 3 - July 15)
  • Flights and accommodations provided at no cost
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive for extended periods (4-8 hours/day)
