Job Description:

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining trucks on-site for our clients. Youโ€™ll be the face of our dealership in the field, providing expert service with a focus on efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of truck makes and models.

- Provide emergency roadside assistance and support as needed.

- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues quickly and accurately.

- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures.

- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle, stocked with necessary parts and tools.

- Document all work performed, including parts used, repairs completed, and time spent on each job.

- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each clientโ€™s needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck technician, preferably in a mobile service role.

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
