Job description

ULTRASOUND SONOGRAPHER (Mobile Imaging)
Westland, MI | All Shifts Available
Your Expertise, Delivered Bedside
Are you tired of the high-volume hospital "treadmill" and the lack of professional autonomy? At All-Stat Portable, we trust you as the clinical expert. We've been a leader in mobile diagnostics since 1978, providing critical imaging to patients in skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and private residences who cannot travel.
Why Sonographers Choose All-Stat:
  • True Clinical Autonomy: You are the primary set of eyes for the provider. We trust your skills and stay out of your way.
  • Modern Mobile Tech: You'll be equipped with high-end portable ultrasound systems and a company vehicle.
  • Start & End at Home: No more fighting for hospital parking or sitting in a windowless lab all day.
  • Performance Rewards: Top-tier base pay plus Pay-Period Bonus Opportunities.
What You'll Do
As a Mobile Sonographer, you provide diagnostic clarity where it's needed most. You will:
  • Perform Abdominal, Vascular, and General Ultrasound exams at the patient's bedside.
  • Travel across the Westland regions in a provided company vehicle.
  • Adapt scanning techniques in diverse environments to capture clear, accurate diagnostic images.
  • Document findings accurately within our streamlined mobile workflow for rapid interpretation.
  • Collaborate directly with providers to ensure the most effective exam types for each patient case.
What You Bring
  • Credentials: RDMS or ARRT(S) Registered & RVT (Must hold or be eligible for necessary state licensure).
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
  • Technical Skill: A deep understanding of ultrasound physics and the ability to operate independently in a mobile setting.
  • Adaptability: Strong time-management skills and the ability to pivot between different facility types.
  • Mobility: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
The All-Stat Advantage
We are a clinician-first culture. We invest in the best portable technology and provide a 24/7 leadership support team so you're never truly "alone" in the field.
Our Benefits Include:
  • Comprehensive Care: Employer-contributed Medical, Dental, and Vision.
  • Stability: Disability & Life Insurance + 2 Weeks PTO.
  • Growth: CE (Continuing Education) and advancement opportunities as we expand.
  • Overtime: Plenty of opportunities to increase your earnings.
Ready to lead in mobile imaging?
If you're an RDMS-certified Sonographer who wants more freedom, a flexible schedule, and the ability to make a real impact on patient care, we'd love to meet you.
