Job Title: Residential Fence Repair Technician

Position Type: Part-Time to Full-Time
Location: Based in Kennesaw / Cobb County (Servicing Cobb and surrounding Metro ATL areas)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled, honest, and reliable Residential Fence Repair Technician to handle small-scale repair work orders. You will operate as a mobile technician, driving to residential properties to complete 1 to 3 repair work orders per day.

Our operations are modern and entirely virtual. You will manage your daily schedule, accept work orders, and document before-and-after photos using our mobile software applications. If you are an experienced carpenter who takes pride in your craft and enjoys working independently, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Repairs: Execute high-quality carpentry for residential fence repairs and small-scale installations.
  • Mobile Operations: Drive to various residential locations around Cobb County and the broader Atlanta metro area.
  • Virtual Workflow: Manage and complete 1 to 3 job tickets daily via a smartphone and specialized field software.
  • Site Respect: Treat every customer's home with the utmost cleanliness and professional respect.
  • Documentation: Capture and upload clear before-and-after photos of all completed work directly through our app.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in carpentry and residential fence installation/repair.
  • Reliability: A hard-working self-starter who consistently shows up on time.
  • Transportation & Tools: Must have a highly reliable work vehicle and your own set of tools to complete fencing jobs.
  • Character: Must be honest, respectable, and exhibit great interpersonal customer service skills.
  • Technology: Must own a great, functioning smartphone capable of running mobile service apps and taking clear photos.
  • Hiring Materials: A resume is strictly required for consideration.
  • Proof of Work: Must be ready to provide professional references and a photo portfolio of your past carpentry/fencing work.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Would be someone looking to work 2-3 days per week and get paid on a per job basis. The ideal person would be able to fulfil work orders for our company and help suplement thier own work during the week/month.
