Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to join our growing team.

Little Champs ABA, we emphasize every individual - both those we serve and our employees. We make a point of knowing and caring about our staff. Little Champs ABA is a truly locally owned business started and overseen by BCBAs who understand and appreciate the direct therapy work that the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) does everyday. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) are supported and are always able to speak with their supervisors with concerns or questions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Hourly Wages:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)

  • High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts

  • Reliable transportation

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

  • Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.

  • Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)

  • Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.

  • Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.

  • Reliably attends scheduled sessions

  • Participate in ongoing trainings
