    • Tire rotations and basic tire services
    • Battery testing and replacement
    • Brake inspections and minor repairs
    • Fluid checks and top-offs
    • Wiper blade, bulb, and basic component replacement
  • Diagnose basic mechanical concerns and determine when additional shop service may be needed
  • Complete services efficiently while maintaining dealership quality standards

Customer Experience
  • Represent Fury Motors professionally during all customer interactions
  • Clearly explain services, findings, and recommendations
  • Provide friendly, transparent, and trustworthy service
  • Educate customers on vehicle maintenance and preventative care
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at customer locations

Operations & Organization
  • Maintain inventory, tools, equipment, and cleanliness of the mobile service vehicle
  • Accurately document work performed, inspections, and recommendations
  • Utilize dealership software and mobile technology for work orders, scheduling, and time tracking
  • Coordinate routing and scheduling with the service department
  • Follow all dealership, OEM, and safety procedures

Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
  • Light-duty maintenance and repair experience strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and service software
  • ASE certifications are a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Compensation based on experience, certifications, and performance.
Benefits may include:
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Company-provided mobile service vehicle and tools
  • Potential productivity and performance incentives

Work Environment
  • Combination of outdoor and on-site customer environments
  • Frequent local travel throughout Waconia and surrounding communities
