Working on a Mobile Stroke Unit requires advanced clinical skills in emergency neurology and critical care, typically backed by a healthcare degree and relevant certifications such as Paramedic Licensure, RN, or Physician credentials. Familiarity with mobile imaging systems (e.g., CT scanners), telemedicine platforms, and point-of-care laboratory equipment is essential. Strong teamwork, rapid decision-making, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams are critical soft skills.
