Schedule and Hours

  • Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
  • Monday - Saturday availability 
  • Daytime, evening, and Saturday availability may be needed

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet guests with a positive attitude and genuine hospitality
  • Take guest orders accurately using the point-of-sale system
  • Handle cash, card, mobile, and gift card transactions properly
  • Answer guest questions about menu items, promotions, and restaurant information
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen, drive-thru, and front-of-house team members
  • Maintain speed and accuracy during busy meal periods
  • Keep the front counter, dining room, and guest areas clean and organized
  • Restock supplies and support the team throughout the shift
  • Resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism
  • Uphold Chick-fil-A’s culture, values, standards, policies, and dress code
  • Support restaurant operations and other duties as assigned
  • Work outside for up to 3 hours at a time
