Job description


We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Service Trailer Technician to join our RTR Services, LLC team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services for our customers' trailers at their facilities. The successful candidate will be able to diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their trailers are in top condition and ready for use at all times. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise and customer service skills. No roadside work will be required. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation, a bi-weekly bonus, and benefits packages.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a vocational or technical program in trailer maintenance and repair
  • At least 1 year of experience in trailer maintenance and repair
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills
  • Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic diesel truck knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in trailer maintenance and repair
  • Experience with welding and fabrication
  • CDL license
  • Experience with hydraulic systems
  • Experience with refrigeration systems
