WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A SAFETY MANAGER:

  • A Bachelor's degree in health and safety or a related field
  • Certification as a Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent licensure
  • 2+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Familiarity with safety software and tools
  • A strong understanding of federal, state, and city safety requirements
  • Previous leadership experience
