Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Mobile Sand Blasters to join our team in the Sacramento area. This role involves traveling to various job sites to perform sandblasting services on a variety of surfaces. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
We are seeking experienced Mobile Sand Blasters to join our team in the Sacramento area. This role involves traveling to various job sites to perform sandblasting services on a variety of surfaces. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mobile sandblasting at residential, commercial, and industrial job sites
- Prepare surfaces by removing paint, rust, and other coatings
- Operate and maintain sandblasting equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure proper setup, containment, and cleanup at each job site
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of mobile sandblasting experience (required)
- Experience working in a mobile or field-based role
- Ability to operate sandblasting equipment independently
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
