Job description

Edko, LLC is seeking UAV/drone pilots to work for our Himmel division. A background in forestry, arboriculture, experience with UAVs or a related field is beneficial but not required. Personnel will perform herbicide application along rights-of-way and roadsides and must be able to lead a small team in operations.

  • Ability to work in inclement weather.
  • Ability to interpret and follow maps.
  • Ability to use a laptop, radio communications and mobile apps.
  • Valid Driver License with a clean driving record is required.
  • The ability to work independently for long hours and out of town with extended overnight travel.
  • Vegetation management experience, tree knowledge and ID skills or drone experience a Plus.
  • A candidate with a Part 107 license is preferred.
