Reports To: Store Manager

Location: Eastgate Square, Hamilton ON 

Salary: $19.60/hr + commission

Requirements: 32-40hr/week open availability

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) at WOW! mobile boutique plays a significant role in supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of the kiosk. When the Store Manager is absent the Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day sales and operations of the kiosk, adhering strictly and consistently to kiosk operational and selling standards.

What you will achieve: 

  • Assist with leading a sales team in a dynamic and results driven culture
  • Lead by example in all sales behaviours, following our sales process.
  • Manage timekeeping, including investigating and clearing exceptions daily and creating schedules
  • Lead daily sales huddles to set and track sales pace for the day
  • Ensure operational excellence by following and enforcing our policies and procedures
  • Maintain a high level of integrity with yourself and your team
  • Manage store supplies and inventory
  • Participate in and deliver documented coaching to your team
  • Check and process inventory RMAs daily or as needed
  • Complete Transactional Audits daily, share results with Manager and coach back accordingly
  • Resolve customer escalations
  • Attend and participate in all required scheduled calls or webinars
  • Conduct daily cleaning of all areas of the kiosk including maintenance of live demo devices
  • Assume Store Manager duties when they are absent
  • Handle Trade-In processing and shipping
  • Be flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends based on business needs
