The Role (At a Glance)

As the face of our lobby, you will create seamless, memorable experiences for our guests from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests and handle registrations, check-outs, and reservations.

  • Answer phones, route calls, and answer questions about Mobile’s best local spots.

  • Process payments securely, manage a cash drawer, and maintain front desk organization.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve guest requests swiftly and gracefully.

  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance and keep our beautiful lobby pristine.

What You Bring
  • Experience: 1 year of hotel front desk or guest relations experience is preferred (but a passion for service is a must!).

  • Skills: Strong communication, basic math skills, and a sharp eye for detail.

  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn front desk tech (Opera PMS, Micros POS, key software).

  • Flexibility: Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
