System Administrator Mobile Device Management (MDM), Android & POS
Location: Columbus, OH
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IT, Systems Administration, Technical Support, Infrastructure, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
Strong experience administering and troubleshooting Android devices in an enterprise environment.
Experience supporting POS systems, payment technology, peripherals, and retail store technology.
Experience providing technical support to remote users and distributed retail/store locations.
Experience with device provisioning, enrollment, configuration, application deployment, and policy management.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose hardware, software, and configuration issues.
Experience with scripting and automation, preferably using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
Ability to use reporting/monitoring tools to identify issues and improve system performance.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT support and systems administration practices.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work directly with non-technical users.
