Registered Nurse (RN) Charge/Team Lead – Albuquerque, NM

Family Medicine Clinic | Outpatient & Mobile Care

We are actively seeking a full-time Charge RN for our out-patient Family Medicine Clinic in Albuquerque, NM proudly serving the City of Albuquerque employees and their families (adults and children). This role will be responsible for overseeing clinic staff and working closely with family medicine providers. Clinic hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. No late hours, no weekends, no 12-hour shifts.

This clinic also provides unique community out-reach services with a mobile health unit, and all RN staff rotate between working in the clinic and on the mobile unit which travels to Albuquerque facilities and departments. In this role, you'll do more than deliver clinical care—you'll support patients in every dimension of their health journey. Whether helping manage chronic illness, assisting in lifestyle change, or offering a moment of encouragement, your work here will make a lasting impact.

Bachelor's degree preferred but will accept associate's degree or Hospital Diploma with equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years nursing experience (direct patient care)

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Required:
