Position Summary

Our organization specializes in evidence-based behavioral therapies aimed at assisting children with autism spectrum disorders. Our goal is to enhance the independence and quality of life for our clients and their families.

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) plays a vital role in providing clinical expertise, leadership, and guidance to ensure the success of each assigned client case.

In this role, you will:

  • Guarantee that client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical services, leading to significant client progress and satisfaction with our offerings.
  • Deliver direct services to clients, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), oversight of assigned cases, and consultation on cases managed by other Clinical Supervisors (BCBA).
  • Support your clinical team in achieving professional development and success, tailored to their experience and growth stage. You will mentor and provide constructive feedback to help Program Managers and Interventionists excel in their roles.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours weekly / 110 hours monthly).
  • Oversee your Program Manager team to ensure they achieve a minimum of 28 billable hours weekly (120 hours monthly).
  • Deliver quality clinical supervision in line with BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across various clients, settings, and funding sources, including direct observation and necessary protocol adjustments.
  • Conduct developmental skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to create and evaluate individualized treatment recommendations and objectives.
  • Provide supervision and documentation in accordance with BACB standards for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates as required.
  • Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, to develop function-based treatment plans.
  • Offer precise skill assessments and direct feedback through Performance Management metrics to clinical team members (e.g., Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers).
  • Provide training to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST), which includes discussion, modeling, practice, and feedback.
  • Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed, presenting proposed goals, objectives, behavioral interventions, and potential modifications.
  • Collaborate with school staff by observing students, providing written programming and behavioral recommendations, and implementing necessary training with ongoing support.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: Clear language and accurate grammar
  • Effective time management: Balances billable and non-billable hours efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Builds rapport with clients and colleagues, fostering connections between clinical teams and client families
  • Team-oriented with a customer service mindset: Aligns with organizational values and serves client families and colleagues
  • Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, with Spanish preferred
