About Us

Our organization specializes in evidence-based behavioral therapies aimed at assisting children facing challenges associated with autism spectrum disorders. Our mission is to enhance the independence and quality of life for our clients and their families.

Role Overview

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is responsible for delivering clinical expertise, leadership, and constructive feedback to ensure the success of each assigned client case. You will ensure that client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical practices, leading to significant client progress and satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct services to clients, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and oversight of assigned cases, as well as consultation for cases managed by other Clinical Supervisors (BCBA).
  • Support the professional development of your clinical team, providing guidance, mentoring, and encouragement to Program Managers and Interventionists to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours per week, 110 hours per month).
  • Ensure quality clinical supervision in line with BACB standards, including direct observation and necessary protocol adjustments.
  • Conduct developmental skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to create and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and document activities in accordance with BACB standards for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates.
  • Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analyses to develop function-based treatment strategies.
  • Provide constructive feedback and performance management metrics to clinical team members, including Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers.
  • Offer training to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST), which includes discussion, modeling, practice, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with school personnel when necessary, conducting student observations, providing written programming and behavioral recommendations, and implementing training with ongoing support.

  • Ability to effectively manage time between billable and non-billable hours, including both direct and indirect supervision
