The AHFP company motto is "TRUST us for the Perfect Pint." Our mission is to provide great-tasting draft beer to the consumer, the way the brewmaster intended and to grow draft beer sales.
Position Summary:
The Draft Beer System Installation Tech (DIT) with A Head for Profits (AHFP) is responsible for installing and managing draft beer system installations in various establishments. This position requires hands-on, mechanical work experience and technical skills. The candidate must be comfortable working in a hands-on role that requires regional travel in a company vehicle.
The DIT will be responsible for learning about draft systems and their components to ensure that installations are performed to meet the standards set by AHFP and the client. In addition to installations, the DIT will maintain professional relationships with the clients, management, and other AHFP employees. The tech will take care of and be responsible for a company vehicle during regional travel. They are responsible for their tools and equipment and must demonstrate care, maintenance, and inventory of assigned equipment.
Position Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Clear written and oral communication ability.
  • Comfort with mobile technology (smartphones) and mobile applications
  • To display mechanical aptitude / be mechanically inclined.
  • Ability to learn and retain draft beer system operations and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible and safe operation of a company vehicle.
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Physical Requirements: (lifting, bending, climbing, driving, etc.)
  • Must have a valid, unexpired driver's license with a clean DMV record
  • Cicerone Level 1 Certification is required for all internal employees
