Job description

Dynamic Sealing Technologies (DSTI) is looking to hire a full-time Software Engineer - Web Applications.
Build solutions that matter. We are a technology driven, global manufacturer serving the defense, energy, and industrial markets. We're looking for a Software Engineer to build and support business critical web applications that have a direct impact across the organization.
You work closely with business users and a collaborative IT team to design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve modern web solutions. If you enjoy solving problems, owning your work, and seeing the results of what you build, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
  • Design, build, and support modern web applications and websites
  • Own applications throughout their life cycle, from development through ongoing support and improvement
  • Collaborate with business teams to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions
  • Develop integrations with internal and third-party systems
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in testing, code reviews, and documentation
  • Troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and help drive continuous improvement

What you'll bring:
  • 1-5+ Years of professional web application development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (or similar backend language)
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Git and REST APIs
  • Experience with modern application frameworks
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
