Job description

Journey with us! Combine your career goals and sense of adventure by joining our exciting team of employees. Royal Caribbean Group is pleased to offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, and excellent career development opportunities, each offering unique ways to explore the world.
We are proud to be the vacation-industry leader with global brands - including Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea Cruises - the most innovative fleet and private destinations, and the best people. Together, we are dedicated to turning the vacation of a lifetime into a lifetime of vacations for our guests.
The Royal Caribbean Group's Digital Product Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Lead, Product Management reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Product.
This position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.
This position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed Senior Lead, Product Management to shape the digital experiences that bring our casino loyalty program to life across web and mobile app. Sitting within our Digital Product team, this role is focused on the digital guest journey - spanning pre-cruise marketing, casino loyalty and rewards, the shipboard in-app experience, and continuous between-cruise engagement.
Working closely with the Senior Director and Senior Managers within Digital, you will translate business strategy into a prioritized roadmap and own delivery from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization. Day to day, you will collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams across casino and marketing, engaging stakeholders at every level - from Product Owners and Managers to Directors and Vice Presidents - to deliver engaging, intuitive experiences that grow loyalty membership, deepen guest engagement, and drive measurable revenue.
The ideal candidate blends strong digital product-management fundamentals with genuine enthusiasm for loyalty, gamification, and building experiences guests love.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Own the roadmap for digital casino loyalty experiences across Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises' web and app platforms, aligned to company goals and business-team priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our digital casino initiatives, partnering with the Director and Senior Product Managers to translate strategy into a prioritized backlog and manage end-to-end delivery from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Author, prioritize, and refine user stories; manage the Jira backlog; and lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance testing.
  • Lead product, design, and engineering partners to build and launch customer-facing experiences that meet high standards of usability and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, partnering with senior leadership across casino and marketing to align on goals, requirements, and launch plans, and keep stakeholders informed of vision, progress, and trade-offs.
  • Drive engagement through loyalty, rewards, offers, and gamification features across the pre-cruise, on-cruise, and post-cruise journey.
  • Define and track KPIs with Data and Business Analysts - building reporting dashboards and evolving metrics for acquisition, spend effectiveness, funnel performance, and digital experience health.
  • Use product analytics to identify opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and continuously optimize engagement and revenue.
  • Stay current on digital product, loyalty, and gaming trends, bringing fresh ideas that push the experience forward.
  • Connect threads across teams, balance multiple workstreams, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
Required
  • 7-10 years in digital product management, ideally building consumer-facing mobile app and web products.
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling mobile and web products, including familiarity with modern app technologies and digital loyalty/engagement ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate product-management work, including research, discovery, requirements writing, design exploration, prototyping, or vibe coding.
  • Experience owning an agile backlog - writing user stories, prioritizing, and partnering with engineering through grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance testing (Jira or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using product analytics to drive decisions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with proven ability to align cross-functional and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred
  • Experience with loyalty, rewards/offers platforms, co-brand credit card programs, or casino marketing.
  • Knowledge of gaming or hospitality systems; social or gamified experiences a plus.
  • MS, MBA, or other relevant advanced degree.

Additional
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for shipboard and onboard casino visits, as needed.
  • A passion for creating fun, engaging digital experiences that guests love.
