This newly created position is a testament to the organization's continued growth by way of great service offerings, customer service, and people within!

Are you a highly organized, energetic sales professional with a passion for technology and a proven track record in Managed IT? We're looking for an MIT Sales Consultant to join our growing team in St. Louis, MO-with no territory restrictions holding you back!

In this role, you'll take the lead in identifying and building new B2B relationships, offering cutting-edge IT Solutions that help businesses optimize their workflow and drive efficiency. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and closing deals to acting as the main point of contact (POC) throughout the life of the client relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Consulting:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Provide expert advice on B2B technology solutions to meet customer needs.
• Present and sell/upsell products and services.
• Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Technical Knowledge:
  • Understanding of technology and services within an organization.

Other:

• Position involves traveling to customer sites.

• Be well-versed in Technology and/or Telecom sales.
• Be up to date with the latest technology and service offerings within the space.
