Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Procurement & Logistics Lead (MM/WM/EWM)
Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: 18+ Months Contract

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Procurement & Logistics Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Brownfield implementation. The ideal candidate will lead procurement, warehouse management, and logistics workstreams while collaborating with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure a successful transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

The candidate will be responsible for process simplification, data readiness, business requirement gathering, solution design, system integration, testing, and deployment activities across procurement and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Logistics implementation activities.
  • Analyze and optimize procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics processes.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Configure and support SAP MM, WM, and EWM functionalities.
  • Coordinate data migration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
  • Support integration with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
  • Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
  • Provide production support and issue resolution.
  • Drive process standardization and best practices across business units.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Warehouse Management.
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM Functional experience.
  • Strong experience with SAP MM (Materials Management).
  • Strong experience with SAP WM (Warehouse Management).
  • Experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Brownfield or Greenfield implementations.
  • Knowledge of Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, and Warehouse Operations.
  • Experience with SAP integration points across Supply Chain modules.
  • Strong business process analysis and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with system testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live support.
Preferred Skills
  • SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM experience.
  • SAP Fiori exposure.
  • Data migration and master data management experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
  • SAP certification in MM, WM, EWM, or S/4HANA is a plus.
