Blending Machine Operator


2nd & 3rd Shift

Shift Differential: $0.25 for 2nd shift | $0.50 for 3rd shift


As a Blending Machine Operator, youโ€™ll be responsible for batching, mixing, and monitoring materials to ensure consistent product quality. This role is critical to keeping production running smoothly and safely, with opportunities to grow into advanced compounding responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Batch & Mix Materials โ€” Operate blending equipment, monitor mix tanks, and transfer batches into holding or storage tanks.
  • Preweighing โ€” Read batch records, measure raw materials, and prepare recipes with liquids and powders.
  • Tanker Offloading โ€” Safely unload raw materials from tankers and ensure proper storage.
  • Documentation โ€” Complete batch records and paperwork accurately
  • Forklift Operation โ€” Move raw materials and finished batches; forklift experience is a plus.
  • Safety & Compliance โ€” Follow OSHA, GMP, and plant safety standards at all times.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, food production, or machine operation preferred
  • Ability to read and follow batch records and instructions
