Provide technical expertise, solution development and business level consultation throughout the sales process for assigned opportunities. Assists and/or leads with identification and documentation of customer business needs and proposing company products and services to meet those needs and desired customer business outcomes. Identifies, assesses and technically leads opportunities with partners and customers in assigned geographies or industry sectors. Role is distinguished from other technical sales roles by combining in-depth technical expertise with consultative, vertical application and AI centric selling skills. Highly credible, articulate and adept at demonstrating how Mitel’s partners, solutions and professional services will solve customer’s unique business needs.

• Defining AI, workflow and application plays/blueprints for the sales engineering team.
• Provide the knowledge and experience to the sales organization.
• Escalation point for Sales Engineering to build and demonstrate Workflow Studio, Mitel CX and all next generation AI solutions from Mitel.
• Driving improvements in products and services, knowledge owners through cross organizational collaboration with Product Management, R&D, product marketing, professional services and others.
• Identifying gaps and addressing gaps for customers, partners, internal/ external by delivering and proposed workflows, AI and other solutions.
• Delivering a forward-looking view/ approach.
• Provide architectural oversight and solution reviews to customers, partners and Mitel field sales and SE team Document and share best practices with business Maintains high level of technical knowledge on all relevant software releases and how they interact with various partner platforms

Bachelor's degree in related field, or experience in lieu of degree Previous work experience in sales engineering Mitel product experience or applicable experience in competitor’s Unified Communications or Contact Center offerings is required. AI, workflow, CX and other applications and API connection. Ability to support solutions planning for multiple Vertical markets. Strong ability to sell and position Mitel products and solutions in a high touch, consultative selling environment required. Formal understanding of IT markets including LAN, WAN, Security, Cloud and Virtualization required.

Deep understanding of AI tools Experience with API and Coding tools

$110,000 - 125,000 This range includes base salary plus commission; a general description of the commission structure is available upon request. The range above is inclusive of the target incentive. Exact Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, market data and existing team equity.
