  • Communicate with building occupants and internal teams regarding maintenance updates and requests.
  • Provide status updates on maintenance projects, repairs, and equipment performance.
  • Support other facility needs as assigned.
What You Bring

  • Experience developing maintenance procedures and technical specifications.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong working knowledge of facilities management, system operations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong problem-solver with the ability to think creatively and implement approved solutions.
  • Ability to drive performance improvements with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Skilled at developing meaningful facility performance metrics and optimizing technician workflows.
  • Comfortable influencing across departments, including peers and management.

  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed to meet production goals.
Physical Requirements
  • Typical office activities such as sitting, typing, and computer use.
  • Occasionally lift and move up to 51 lbs unassisted.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, climb, and work in various facility settings as needed.
  • Ability to observe, inspect, communicate, and exchange information effectively.
Why You'll Love Working Here
