Job description

We are seeking a Senior MIS/SAP Manager to join our Global Support team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of the organization’s MIS to support organizational objectives. This person will collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze business requirements, deliver business insights, drive continuous improvements and manage vendor relationships.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems to support organizational objectives
  • Translate and map user requirements into database and software application design
  • Fully understand the business process and implement new features according to the user requirement
  • Create project plans to work on requirements from internal users and customers
  • Be able to identify the root cause and create an overall plan for the process improvement instead of only fixing the issues identified
  • Resolve customer support issues
  • Set up the training and knowledge sharing within the MIS team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration or automation to enhance business processes
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar professional field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing MIS or software teams
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in database application design and/or implementation for ERP/MRP systems
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft SQL Server Database
  • Experience with Peoplesoft is a plus
  • Experience with full deployment of SAP for core functions is a plus
  • Eligible to work in the United States

This position offers an annual salary range of $145,000 to $175,000. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
