Job description

People Architects is excited to partner with a highly respected, design-driven company to hire a Customer Service Associate.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will combine problem solving, product knowledge, and technical support to help customers make informed decisions.

What You'll Do:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Freshdesk
  • Assist with common questions including product information, order status, mis-shipments, delays, and basic technical troubleshooting
  • Recommend appropriate products and solutions based on customer needs and specifications
  • Work closely with internal departments (sales, operations, factory teams) to resolve issues and fulfill customer requests
  • Coordinate and track remake orders when needed
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Support internal administrative tasks related to customer service as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or product-based environment is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, customer-focused approach
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for quoting and order accuracy
  • Familiarity with Mac systems and customer support platforms such as Freshdesk preferred
