Were seeking a Warehouse Associate Picker to support our distribution center. The Warehouse Associate- Picker is responsible for efficiently picking products from assigned locations using order lists or RF devices, ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met. This position requires attention to detail, organized work habits, good attendance, and a service attitude toward customers. Role Summary Responsible for accurately selecting products to fulfill customer orders and maintain operational flow. What Youll Be Doing Pick customer orders using RF or pick tickets Accurately select items by SKU and quantity Place items into carts/totes for processing Maintain productivity standards (lines/hour) Ensure order accuracy and quality Support inventory and replenishment Maintain clean and safe work area Operate Warehouse Equipment (As trained) Perform other duties as assigned (Other departments) Performance Expectations Maintain picking productivity standards Minimize errors and mis-picks Support steady flow to packing Meet Hourly performance standards Primary Function & Team-Based Flexibility This position is assigned a primary function within warehouse operations (Pick, Pack, or Ship). To support overall operational flow and customer commitments, team members may be cross-trained and required to work in other functional areas as needed. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and support team-based execution is essential to success in this role. Required Skills: Forklift experience a plus but not required Education and Experience: 1-3 years warehouse experience Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
