The typical work schedule is weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, including injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain.
• Develop customized, goal-oriented treatment plans that leverage manual therapy techniques and movement-based rehabilitation strategies.
• Utilize outcome measures to track patient progress, adjusting therapy plans based on real-time feedback and patient responses.
• Collaborate closely with referring physicians, ensuring seamless communication and a unified approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records using EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to document all patient interactions and progress.

Our patient demographic primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. We focus on tailoring our interventions in alignment with each patient’s unique challenges, ensuring a holistic approach to rehabilitation that enhances their quality of life.

• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington.
• Possess a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in outpatient orthopedic procedures.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Hands-on experience with manual therapy techniques and functional rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with patient outcome measurement tools and methodologies.

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
