Our Nurse Practitioners, Physician's Assistants, Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers work in close collaboration with the medical and nursing staff of our Long Term Care facilities to provide the highest level of personalized health care services during on-site visits. Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

         The Regulatory Compliance Manager is primarily responsible for the determination, effectuation, coordination and completion of Meaningful Use Stage 3 and MIPS compliance for the company - reports directly to the company owner

         Secondary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate ordinary course internal audit processes, as well as work with the external audit team if/when that arises

Qualifications
  • Current RN license; BS in a health related field preferred
  • Clinical Background - 4 years experience
  • Quality Assurance - 2 years experience

Experience:

         Must have at least 1 year of prior experience with successful completion of Meaningful Use Stage 3 (preferred) or Modified Stage 2 in a leadership capacity

         Management in healthcare related field, oversight and coordination of, coordination and response/ follow-up preferred.

Additional Skills:

         Excellent written and oral communication skills

         Technical skills: Improvement methodology skills, systems understand, facilitation and teaching skills, computer, written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, organized and detailed
