Title: Administrative Assistant t [Must have Medical Claims Exp]

Location: Nashville, TN/REMOTE

Duration: 12+ Months The position is remote, with the exception of the first day of employment.

The first day of employment is anticipated in person in Nashville, TN for laptop deployment and onboarding. Travel to Nashville, TN is not reimbursable.

The Tennessee Department of Health, Division of Family Health and Wellness is seeking an Administrative Services Assistant within the Administrative Services section.

Job Duties:

  • Processing medical claims, tracking payments, keying important patient data, and updating vendor information.
  • Previous data entry experience preferred. Attention to detail and high-level accuracy are required.
